Canada offers arguably one of the best health care systems in the world. There is a need though to review, and relook at the systems and processes to make it sustainable from the perspective of the main user, the patient. Sunram Systems and its Principal Founder Ram Krishna have substantial consulting experience in this sector. Ram is a Board member of the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA). An engaging speaker, Ram is often invited to address decision makers and media on health care related topic. The focus is on improving the patient experience, quality of care and factors influencing patient behavior. He has also contributed a few chapters on patient self management in a recent book on Diabetes. Recently we developed an application for career management in health care.
